Interruption to services

Some may have noticed that I have been very quiet in the blogosphere over Christmas - This was due to a traumatic situation at home which has now thankfully passed. My wife was admitted to hospital with clots on both lungs and spent 4 days in intensive care. All is well now and while treatment will be ongoing she is to be released home tomorrow. :)

Pic above shows me visiting Nicola - What do you think of the look?

Delighted to hear that Nicola will be home soon.

May the turning to the new year bring good health to all.

Sorry to hear about your wife's illness. It is terrible to suffer ill-health at any time of the year, but around Christmas must make it even worse.

Nice haircut.

All the best to Nicola, yourself, and baby bishop, for 2010.

Stephen, this is my first visit to your blog. A friend referred me here. I offer my prayers for Nicola's full recovery. I'll pray for you and your son, too. I know that you both were worried by your wife's illness.

I see Katherine Poulton has been drafted into the Kilkenny cause.

You'll have your work cut out keeping Moneygall at the top of the list.

Hope Nicola is on the mend.

I just came across your blog and started following it - from a neighbouring (southern) county!I'd heard about it on the radio recently - can't be sure what about - could have been Murphy report. I hope your wife is better now - my hubby had the same 8 years ago but not in ICU. fully recovered after 6 months on Warfarn, can happen without any reason. Hope you visit my blog, I can always do with new followers! Happy New Year from Lismore.
Catherine.
