This is why we in Ireland are able to sleep easily in our beds at night knowing that our safety and welfare is in good hands (Thanks to @sinabhfuil (twitter) for the link)
I'm not at all sure how developed is your funny bone. I grant you, that being stationed in Tipperary, someone in your organisation has one anyway. But really you have to think of PJ and Tom as people that look at you as a Tipp person.
FYI, the Door to the Church at Kilcash is hidden. And the the entire house and keep are shrouded in scaffolding, the people working said they were OPW. How the heck do you check. Now and then, I visit Ahenny, -I'm sure you have seen Clonfert- but if someone with Logo's and lifting equipment. Who the hell do you ask is something is correct. Even PJ and Tom.
I find your articles refreshing and honest, dont know why you have apologize to the corrupt R.C. even though i am a member.i think you should make a comment on the disgusting behaviour of the priest and certain members of the public in that rape case in tralee yesterday.nothing seems to change in irish society.regards
Forwarded the link to the video to many friends. Great stuff.
Re Kerry handshakes and clerical support. Eamonn Keane, a Listowel native himself, did a very sensitive and illuminating item on today's Lunchtime on Newstalk Radio. The podcast has not yet appeared on the site but is well worth a listen. You will hopefully be able to navigate to it in the next 24 hours from here.
Regarding the link to Newstalk above. The Thursday programme is now up and will probably be there for the next day or two. You need to click on part one. The item starts about 37 minutes in. Once the part has loaded you can skip to the relevant portion by clicking about 2/3rds the way round the circle outside the play/pause button. [Took me a while to figure out that last bit :)]
Irish Anglican Priest - Based in Celbridge, Co. Kildare but with some parts of Co. Dublin within the parish boundaries - Husband of one wife and father of one son - Opinionated and occasionally troublesome

The Blessings of the Gospels be on You and Yours, may the Light be seen by You and Yours and may God continue to look kindly on you and yours.
