A voice from beyond the grave: Steve MacDonogh

Interesting article in today's Irish Times Ancestry supplement - It is by the late Steve MacDonogh who died only a couple of weeks ago - he ends with what I think is one of the most fascinating points that his last book illuminated so well. He may be dead but his work lives on and is well worth a read - For those who are cynical about the Obama / Moneygal story it is only a footnote in this beautifully told social history of the origins of Irish America.
