the musings and rants of an irish anglican priest
Sounds like you will have ma great big party. Only wish I could join you.
When the man himself comes you and all my blogger friends will have front row seats - subject to FBI/CIA clearance ;-)
Yeah, the O'Bama part was a bit of a givaway.Honestly though, as nice a guy as he seems (given the competition and what's already in office) he's still going to pull the corporate line. The powers that be can no longer push their agendas through by republicans so they'll put somebody from the left into power, who'll be nice, and who people will follow because they believe he will bring a change for the better. However, if the Clinton experience has taught us nothing else, it's that puppet on the left or puppet on the right, it's the same guy pulling the strings behinf the scenes. But at least the bullshit with be articulate.
When the man himself comes you and all my blogger friends will have front row seats. What a scary thing for a priest to say.
Not as scary as front row seats at a Sarah Palin rally! ;-)
Stephen, I think even The Man Himself would give her a wide berth, possibly after asking her not to drop his name so often.
